I had the honor of shooting Charlotte headshots for my dear friend Kelli recently—a photographer herself! She’s an incredible product photographer based in Green Sea, SC. Spending time with her was easily a highlight of my year, and the photos are just the cherry on top. We started our day getting her ready. We planned her outfits, put on her makeup, and did her hair together.
When she was ready to get started, we went straight into studio portraits. I used a white backdrop for a timeless look, and a black side of a v-flat for a different vibe altogether. After we finished up at the studio, we drove over to Camp North End for some outdoor portraits. The sunny yellow shirt photos in the tall grass field area were some of my favorites!

This was such an amazing experience to have my headshots taken by Carrie. Her knowledge and skills are above top-notch. She made me feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Easily my favorite images, ever!
