When Ariel Perry hosts a Charlotte Winter Styled Shoot at Camp North End, you better not miss out. The #APWinterShootout was an incredible opportunity to network with other Charlotte photographers. We were able to meet and work with local models to create gorgeous content during an otherwise slow season.
This particular shootout happened at Camp North End during the winter of 2020-21. However, I was grieving the untimely loss of my little sister at that time. Therefore, I was not in the right capacity to share these images until much later. So here we are, a year later (and some change), and I’m proud to share my images from this group styled shoot with you all.
For those unfamiliar with Camp North End as a location, here are some of my favorite reasons to shoot here: 1. It’s SO versatile. You can shoot here 1000 times and never repeat a gallery look. 2. It’s as close to weatherproof as you can get outdoors. With large sheltered areas there are plenty of things to duck under in the event of rain. I feel good about planning to shoot here and not having to cancel for weather. 3. Lastly, It’s modern, fresh and exciting. This place is an artist’s playground! The vibe is right, and it inspires creativity every time. So, Charlotte photographers, go!
